A photo book in one gesture
What it does
Images panel menu › Auto layout. It takes the images selected in the panel or, if there are none, all those that are unused and not archived:
- each preferred image gets a page of its own;
- the others are split evenly, about 4 per page, in order of date;
- pages are in order of the date of their first photo;
- free pages (without a grid) are used first, then new ones are added with the size of the active page (or of the last one), in a row to the right;
- on each page, a grid inset by 5% of the short side, with the photos.
All in one step: a single undo removes the pages and grids. At the end nothing is selected: the view frames the pages used and the first one is the active page.
