Menus - SVG creation / editing commands

To edit the SVG elements you can access the commands from the menus.

Each menu represents a set of actions that apply to the same context,

for example the "Create" menu allows you to create SVG elements such as: symbols, patterns, markers, clipping paths, mask and text on the path.
